Wednesday is my favorite day! The hard part (mostly) of the week is over and we can start looking towards the weekend.

A few people have asked if the summer is a slower hiring period. My answer = YES. For 2 very familiar reasons: travel and kids!

I tell everyone the heavy hiring period typically begins in August and continues through until early November.

There are seasons to everything! But don’t write off applying now – people are still being hired even though we are in a typically slow month 🙂
